About Us

Established by ex-RAF, ex-PPSC instructors Roger Henshaw, Peter Swatton and David Webb the company aims to provide aspiring ATPL, CPL and Instrument Rating candidates with high quality, professional, ground training at a fair price.

Our instructors have over 40 years of experience in both classroom based and distance learning based aviation courses and maintain an excellent reputation and success rate in the JAA examinations.

We place considerable emphasis on providing personal support to our customers both during the distance learning phase of courses and in classroom consolidation courses where individual attention can be given where required in a relaxed learning environment. The emphasis throughout is on quality of instruction and properly structured training with personal support. The high first-time pass rates achieved by candidates from the school illustrates the benefit of this strategy.

Summary of Courses Available

JAR ATPL(A) Theory - modular distance learning course - £1806 (including consolidation courses)

ATPL Consolidation Courses – these courses are programmed monthly (alternate modules) to enable candidates to complete their final studies and prepare for the JAA examinations. These courses are also open to non-GTS students who may wish to receive additional training prior to exam re-sits.

JAR CPL(A) Theory - modular distance learning course - £1633 (including consolidation courses)

CPL(A) Consolidation Courses – these courses are programmed bi-monthly to coincide with the examination schedules. These courses are also open to non-GTS students.

JAR IR Theory - modular distance learning course - £1374 (including consolidations)

Private Tuition – subject to instructor availability, private tuition is available in all subjects.
